SITE AND SUBSCRIPTION PRIVACY POLICY
Way To Grow Products Inc. (“WTG”) respects the privacy of website users and will not dishonour this trust by selling or distributing personal information to third parties for personal gain of any kind. This Policy explains how WTG collects, uses, and discloses the personal information provided in the course of requesting information from WTG or subscribing to WTG’s website tools and services (the “Website”) and future electronic publications. Any personal information provided will be treated with care and subject to this Policy will not be used or disclosed in ways where consent has not been received.
Information Automatically Collected
Non-Identifiable Information – Like many other Websites, the WTG Website may automatically collect certain non-identifiable information regarding Website users, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer, the IP (Internet Service Provider) address, the date and time the Website was accessed, the Internet address of the website that linked directly to the Website, the operating system being used, the sections of the Website visited, the Website pages read and images viewed, and the materials posted to or downloaded from the Website. There may be a fee for service charged at industry standard rates based on the extent of information requested. The accuracy of this information is reliant on WTG receiving updates from Subscribers whenever changes occur.

Other Websites – The Website may contain links to other websites or internet resources. Privacy Policy Changes – This Policy may be changed by WTG from time to time at WTG’s sole discretion without any prior notice or liability to the Subscriber or website user. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information by WTG will be governed by the version of the Policy in effect at that time. New versions of this Policy will be posted on the WTG website. Continued use of the Website and receipt or request of any electronic communications subsequent to any changes to this Policy will signify that consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the changed Policy is granted.
